What 춢 means
It is one spelling unit, not a complete message. Its jamo (individual Korean consonant and vowel letters) are ㅊ as the initial consonant, ㅜ as the vowel, and ㄿ as the final two-consonant cluster. These parts describe how the syllable is built, not a word-by-word translation. If it arrives alone in a chat, surrounding Korean has to tell you why it was sent.
King Sejong devised Hangul in 1443; in 1446, a guide explained the new script's purpose and principles. Korean differs from Chinese, so writing Korean speech and grammar with Chinese characters required extra conventions. Hangul offered a more direct way to write Korean.
Before Hangul, Idu, Gugyeol and Hyangchal adapted Chinese characters to record Korean words and grammatical endings. Hangul later appeared in Buddhist texts and Confucian translations, then in practical manuals, letters and household objects. These are histories of the writing system, not extra meanings attached to 춢.
How do I type 춢?
Select Korean two-set input and let the IME assemble it. Enter ㅊ, ㅜ, ㄹ and ㅍ in that order. The input method combines the last pair as final cluster ㄿ and forms 춢 when supported.
Unicode can store a Hangul syllable as one precomposed block or as separate jamo. Fonts can vary the parts' proportions and spacing inside the syllable cell, so the same sequence may look different without being a different syllable.

Questions people ask
1Can 춢 appear as separate jamo?
Yes. Unicode can store the syllable as one precomposed block or as a decomposed sequence of individual Korean letters. Normalization affects the stored form; an editor without Hangul shaping may display the parts separately.
