What 쵁 means
It is one Hangul syllable block built from three letters. ㅊ starts the syllable, ㅙ supplies its vowel, and final ㄱ closes it. These component consonant and vowel letters are called jamo; a Korean input method assembles them into a block as you type.
NFC represents 쵁 as one precomposed syllable; NFD represents the same text with conjoining jamo. If your text needs a single precomposed syllable, normalize it to NFC.
King Sejong devised Hangul in 1443 as an alphabet for writing Korean. The 1446 book Hunminjeongeum introduced the system and explained how its consonants and vowels combine into syllables. 쵁 follows that syllable-building structure.
