What 춋 means
It represents one Korean syllable, not a complete message. The letters ㅊ, ㅛ, and ㅅ are its opening consonant, vowel, and ending consonant; any word meaning comes from the surrounding Korean word.
Why does Hangul use syllable blocks?
Hangul was designed to write Korean in an easy-to-learn system. King Sejong created Hangul in 1443; in 1446, he published Hunminjeongeum, a guide to the script’s purpose and principles. Korean differs from Chinese, and borrowed Chinese characters were difficult to learn and poorly suited to Korean. Hangul groups its letters into syllable blocks such as 춋.

Questions people ask
1Why does 춋 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
