What 츌 means
By itself, 츌 does not name a particular word. One Hangul block combines ㅊ at the start, ㅠ as its vowel, and ㄹ at the end. Hangul was devised in 1443; an explanatory guide appeared in 1446.
A 19th-century Korean plant list pairs 챵츌 with 蒼朮, Hanja (Chinese characters used in Korean writing) for a medicinal plant. A 1796 Korean reading table records 츌; the modern Korean reading is 출. This link is specific to the plant name, not a general spelling swap.

1Why does 츌 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
