What 뚯 means
Type ㄸ, then ㅜ, then ㅅ in a Korean input method.
A Korean input method (IME) joins those Hangul jamo—the letter parts that form syllables—into one block. On the standard two-set QWERTY layout, press ShiftE, B, then T; the software combines the keystrokes.
If the parts stay separate, check that your text field supports Korean composition. Some apps handle decomposed Jamo sequences less well than precomposed syllable blocks.
What does 뚯 mean?
By itself, 뚯 gives a syllable, not a word's meaning.
Hangul syllables are built from an initial consonant, a vowel, and sometimes a final consonant: this one has ㄸ, ㅜ, and ㅅ. The meaning comes from the complete Korean word around it.
Hangul's creation is dated to 1443; the 1446 Hunminjeongeum book explains the writing system's purpose and how its letters combine. It was designed to make Korean writing more accessible to people who found Chinese-character writing difficult. That history explains the syllable-block structure, not a special meaning for this block.
By itself, it reads as a Korean text sample; in a word, its role comes from the neighboring syllables.
For the Korean word meaning meaning or intention, use 뜻, which has ㅡ.

1Why does 뚯 show as separate jamo?
It usually means the input method is not set to Korean or the text field cannot join a decomposed sequence. A font change alone cannot compose the parts.
