What 뙆 means
It is a syllable, not a standalone word. Hangul writes each spoken syllable in a block of consonant and vowel letters. Here, ᄄ is the tense initial, ᅪ the compound vowel, and ᇁ the final consonant.
Hangul was devised in 1443, and its design was explained in 1446. It offered a way to write Korean speech alongside Chinese characters; in 1894, it became Korea’s official national writing system.
