What 뛀 means
Its meaning comes from the surrounding Korean word.
Hangul jamo composition joins ᄄ + ᅯ + ᆯ into one block. Unicode treats that block and the three separate jamo as equivalent forms.
Hangul was first announced in 1443; the 1446 Hunminjeongeum guide explained how it could make Korean easier to write than Chinese-character methods. Earlier Korean writing adapted Chinese characters, but Hangul jamo were not derived directly from them. Hangeul became widely used after 1928; South Korea uses Hangul, North Korea Chosŏn'gŭl.
