What 낗 means
Press ShiftR, then L, then G in Korean 2-set input.
On the Dubeolsik (Korean 2-set) layout, those keys enter ㄲ, ㅣ and ㅎ. A Korean input method (IME) assembles them into 낗; outside Korean mode, the same keys type Latin letters.
what does 낗 mean?
It is one Korean syllable block, not a word by itself.
낗 combines ㄲ at the start, ㅣ as its vowel, and ㅎ at the end. These pieces are called jamo: Korean consonant and vowel letters that combine into a syllable; any word meaning comes from the surrounding word.
why can 낗 look different across fonts?
The font changes the drawing, not which character it is.
Hangul syllables arrange consonant and vowel jamo inside a square cell. The Unicode Standard 17.0 notes that fonts can change the pieces’ size, shape, or placement, while the character stays 낗.
Neutral as a Korean writing-system character.
If someone sends only 낗, ask for context before reading it as a reaction.
