What 뀤 means
It has no settled meaning on its own.
Hangul’s earliest record dates to late 1443. The 1446 Hunminjeongeum guide explains the alphabet’s aim: writing Korean speech without Chinese characters. Older Idu, Gugyeol, and Hyangchal methods used borrowed Chinese characters to write Korean. Hangul became official in 1894; preservation efforts continued after Japanese rule began in 1910.

Questions people ask
1Why might the jamo appear separately?
The text may use three separate jamo instead of one block. Unicode treats both forms as equivalent, but software without Hangul composition may show them apart.
