What 꼋 means
Press ShiftR, then U, then C on a Korean 2-set keyboard.
With Korean 2-set selected on a QWERTY-layout keyboard, the input method joins ㄲ, ㅕ, and ㅊ into 꼋. If you type another vowel next, it may move final ㅊ to the next syllable as its initial.
What does 꼋 mean?
It is a Hangul syllable block, not a translation on its own.
Its parts are ᄁ (initial consonant), ᅧ (vowel), and ᆾ (final consonant). “Ggyeoc” labels that construction; it is not a Korean word to translate. The meaning of a word comes from the Korean text around it.
Hangul was devised in 1443, and the explanatory book Hunminjeongeum was published in 1446. It offered a more accessible way to write Korean than earlier systems that adapted Chinese characters: Idu, Gugyeol, and Hyangchal. Hangul gained official national recognition in 1894. During Japanese rule after 1910, it lost that status, while Korean intellectuals worked to preserve it.
What if someone sends 꼋 alone?
Treat it as unexplained text until context clarifies it.
Alone, 꼋 can be an input test, a typo, or a fragment of Korean text. It is not a reliable signal of affection, anger, sarcasm, or a meme, so ask what the sender meant.
Neutral Korean text; any tone comes from the surrounding words, not this block.
Alone, it can look like a typo or an input test.

Questions people ask
2Is 꼋 an emoji?
No. It is Hangul text; the block itself does not supply an emoji reaction meaning.
Why does 꼋 show as separate letters?
Unicode treats the decomposed sequence ᄁ ᅧ ᆾ as canonically equivalent to 꼋. A Korean input method may also show the jamo while it is still composing the syllable.
