What 괤 means
On its own, 괤 is one Korean syllable, not a complete word.
Hangul is the Korean alphabet; its letters, called jamo, form syllable blocks. Designed in 1443 and introduced in the 1446 guide Hunminjeongeum, it fit Korean speech better than the Chinese characters then used to write Korean. Modern spelling was set out in a 1933 draft, revised in 1988.

Questions people ask
1Why does 괤 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
