What parts make up 휾?

One initial, one vowel, and one final cluster. Its jamo (Hangul letter units) are ㅎ, ㅠ, and ㄻ (ㄹ ㅁ).

King Sejong devised Hangul in 1443 to make Korean easier to write; before it, Korean writing used Chinese characters and systems adapted from them. The 1446 Hunminjeongeum book explained its purpose. Chinese ways of classifying sounds shaped its design; proposed influence from the Mongol Phags-pa script remains disputed. Hangul later became the main script for Korean.

A Hangul syllable in text; opaque in isolation.

A lone 휾 gives no reliable clue to a sender’s intent.

Why does 휾 show as a box on some devices?

Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
