What 죌 means
죌 is a form of the Korean verb 죄다.
Korean replaces 죄다’s final 다 with ㄹ to make 죌. In 죌 수 있다, the phrase means “can tighten [it].”
King Sejong created Hangul in 1443 to make Korean easier to write without relying on Chinese characters; the 1446 book Hunminjeongeum explained its design. Hangul groups an initial consonant and vowel, sometimes a final consonant, into syllable blocks; 죌 has ㅈ, ㅚ, and ㄹ.
