What 킼 means
Enable Korean input with syllable composition. On the standard Korean 2-set keyboard, type z, l, z; the input method assembles them into one block.
Those keys enter ㅋ ㅣ ㅋ. Hangul input assigns the first ㅋ to the initial position and the last ㅋ to the final position around ㅣ.
Some tools accept the conjoining jamo sequence 킼. Hangul normalization (recombining jamo into a syllable) can turn that sequence into 킼.
What does 킼 mean by itself?
By itself, it has no fixed word meaning. A surrounding Korean word supplies the meaning; this block alone is not a complete Korean word.
Hangul was created in 1443 and introduced in the 1446 Hunminjeongeum, a guide explaining the writing system for Korean. Its letters form syllable blocks; Early Hangul appeared in teaching, practical books, translation, and literature.
In the traditional design of Korean letters, ㅋ adds a stroke to ㄱ to mark aspiration—a consonant made with a stronger puff of breath. That design connection does not make ㄱ and ㅋ interchangeable in spelling.
As a bare Hangul block, it has no built-in social tone; context determines any word meaning.
For the English word “kick,” Korean writes 킥, with final ㄱ.

fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
