What 콟 means
It is a Hangul syllable block, not a standalone Korean word. Hangul letters, or jamo, are arranged in square syllable blocks. In 콟, ㅋ is the initial consonant, ㅗ the vowel, and ㄼ the final consonant cluster made from ㄹ and ㅂ.
How do you type 콟 on Dubeolsik?
Type ㅋ, ㅗ, ㄹ, then ㅂ. On the standard Latin-key Dubeolsik layout, use zhfq: z enters ㅋ, h enters ㅗ, f enters ㄹ, and q enters ㅂ. The input method combines final ㄹ and ㅂ as ㄼ.
Hangul can also be encoded as decomposed jamo instead of a precomposed block. Both can display the same syllable, while software may treat their underlying text sequences differently.
Why does 콟 look different across fonts?
The character stays the same; the parts can shift. Hangul fonts position, shape, and size each component inside the square block. A crowded-looking ㄼ or changed proportions can come from font design; that variation does not make 콟 a different character.
Neutral as a written syllable; any conversational tone comes from the Korean words around it.

fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
