What 큝 means
It is a Korean syllable; its word supplies the meaning. Here ㅋ is the initial consonant, ㅠ the vowel, and ㄾ the final consonant cluster. Hangul letters, called jamo, combine into a square block for one syllable; by itself, 큝 is not a complete word.
Hangul was created in the fifteenth century and formally promulgated in 1446 to make Korean easier to write than with Chinese characters. Those dates refer to the writing system; 큝 follows its design of combining letters into syllable blocks.
Why does 큝 look different in different fonts?
Fonts reposition its letters within the block. Hangul typefaces resize and arrange the parts to fit a square, so the crowded final cluster ㄾ may look tighter or sit lower in one font. The drawing can change while the character stays the same.

No. Unicode line-breaking rules treat a Hangul syllable block as indivisible, so 큝 stays together.
