What 묓 means
It has no fixed meaning by itself. Hangul groups letters into blocks: ㅁ starts 묓, ㅚ is its vowel, and ㅊ ends it.
Hangul's creation was first recorded in 1443; it was introduced in 1446 with 훈민정음, a guide to writing Korean. The alphabet is commonly called 한글 in South Korea and 조선글 in North Korea; 언문 is an older name.
Unicode can also represent 묓 as separate jamo (Hangul letters); fonts may arrange those pieces differently.
