What 뇸 means
뇸 is one Korean syllable. It combines ㄴ (initial consonant), ㅛ (vowel) and ㅁ (final consonant). King Sejong introduced Hangul for writing Korean in 1443, initially calling it Hunminjeongeum; a 1446 book of that title explained its purpose and syllable blocks.
A Korean forum post in 2018 writes “우걱우걱 뇸뇸 쨥쨥” as eating noises. Repeated as 뇸뇸, it reads like a cute “nom nom”; alone, 뇸 is just a syllable.
The 2018 example is playful, informal food talk; ordinary text stays neutral.
Alone, 뇸 needn't mean “yum”; repetition supplies the food reading.
