What 룻 means
In Korean Bible text, 룻 names Ruth, the Moabite woman. The book is called 룻기.
An Academy of Korean Studies account says 윷놀이, the four-stick game, began as a New Year game to predict the harvest before becoming recreation; it traces older spellings ᅀᅲᆺ, 슛, and 윳 to 윷.
Neutral in Korean writing; alone in chat, it may be a name or a fragment.
