What 륍 means
By itself, it does not give a whole word's meaning.
륍 groups ㄹ as its initial consonant, ㅟ as its vowel, and ㅂ as its final consonant.
King Sejong created Hangul in 1443, first called Hunminjeongeum; in 1446 he published a guide explaining its purpose and rules. Hangul was designed to make Korean easier to write. Earlier systems such as Idu, Hyangchal, and Gugyeol adapted Chinese characters to write Korean.

fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
