What 옣 means
It is a written Hangul syllable assembled from smaller letters. Hangul's individual letters are called jamo and are grouped into syllable blocks. In 옣, the initial consonant is ㅇ, the vowel is ㅖ, and the final consonant is ㅎ.
Hangul was designed for writing Korean during the Joseon dynasty, a Korean kingdom. Its first record appears in the 1443 Sejong Annals, the court chronicle of King Sejong; Hunminjeongeum, a book explaining the script, was published in 1446.
Neutral; it belongs in Korean text or discussion of how Hangul syllables are spelled.

fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
