What 𑂗 means
It is a consonant, not a complete word. Alone, 𑂗 is a letter sample or fragment.
Kaithi and Devanagari developed in parallel from a shared North Indian source. Kaithi is not simply handwritten Devanagari. A copperplate land grant around 1090 may be an earlier example if correctly identified as Kaithi; the origin date is uncertain.
Kaithi means “of the scribe,” after North India’s Kayastha scribes; a British-era Latin spelling was Kayathi.

It can. The active font may lack Kaithi; a Kaithi-capable font can display it.
