What 𘯧 means
No standalone translation or reading is established for 𘯧. Its Unicode label identifies a code point, not a Khitan word or sound. The script is distinct from the Han-character system used for Chinese.
Yelü Diela devised Khitan Small Script about 925 to write Khitan, the historical language of the Khitan people. It was used during the Liao dynasty (907–1125 CE) and in later Qara Khitai and Jin periods; most surviving examples are inscriptions. Khitan Large Script was a separate writing system.
