It is not a standard emoji, so phone emoji keyboards usually don't offer it. Your font draws it as a simple outline or silhouette of lips, usually without colour, and it may look different on every device.
Its origin is less innocent. Webdings, a picture font Microsoft released in 1997, included a small set of content-rating signs: lips for sexual content, a dagger for violence and a speaking head for strong language. Unicode added those pictures as ordinary characters in 2014 and noted this one as "rated for sex". Sent to a partner, that history doesn't change what the sender means; beside a film title, it may be a content warning.
