What 𑲍 means
It is a consonant used inside Marchen syllables. A base consonant normally carries an unwritten “a” sound unless a vowel sign changes it. Read 𑲍 with its surrounding letters or a vertical stack.
Marchen has been used to write historic Zhang-zhung and Tibetan in Bön contexts. A 2013 proposal to add Marchen to Unicode noted that no early Marchen texts were then known; it identified a bronze seal at Menri Monastery among the earliest known examples. The proposal also records Bön literature and architectural inscriptions.
Marchung, Pungchen, Pungchung, and Drusha are related Bön scripts. Marchen uses Tibetan-style vertical stacking but remains a distinct script from Tibetan and Lantsa.
This letter identifies Marchen script text; by itself, it does not establish the sender’s chat mood.
Do not replace 𑲍 with ས: that is the Tibetan letter sa.

1Questions people ask
1Why does 𑲍 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Marchen block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
