What 𑱱 means
It closes a sentence in Marchen. The script’s other punctuation mark, a head mark, goes at the start of text.
Marchen was used to write Zhang-zhung, an extinct language found in some Bön texts; tradition links the script to the ancient Zhang-zhung kingdom in western and northern Tibet, before Buddhism arrived in the 7th century. A 2011 description of Marchen identifies a Zhang-zhung inscription on a bronze seal at Menri Monastery as one of the script’s earliest known examples and records its use for Tibetan in modern Bön literature and architectural inscriptions.
Marchen has a thick, angular calligraphic style and a thinner, rounded one. The mark’s outline varies with the style, but its punctuation role does not.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𑱱 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
