What 𑵑 means
It is the Masaram Gondi numeral for one.
From Madhya Pradesh, India, Mangal Singh Masaram created the script in 1918 for Gondi, a Dravidian language. Its design follows Brahmi's model but is not descended from that older Indian script. Gunjala Gondi is a separate script also used for Gondi.
Masaram's son Bhava Singh described the script in a 1951 document. A 2013 comparison of calendars from Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh, two Indian states, recorded different written signs for five and six.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𑵑 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
