What 𝟶 means
It is zero in a mathematical monospace style.
Mathematical notation can use type styles to distinguish symbols, so Unicode encodes many math styles as separate characters that can retain those distinctions in plain-text formulas. This form applies the monospace style to the familiar decimal zero.
Monospace describes characters designed for equal-width spacing, like typewriter text. The code point identifies a style, not a particular font, so its visible shape can vary by typeface.
A technical mathematical style, rather than a general-purpose decorative zero.
Unicode reserves mathematical alphabets for mathematical notation; use ordinary text styling for decoration.

1Questions people ask
1Why does 𝟶 become 0 after processing?
Some text processing does this. Compatibility normalization such as NFKC reduces the mathematical style to the base digit 0, keeping the number but removing the style distinction.
