What 𖩥 means
It represents five in Mro-script writing.
The Mro 5 belongs to the script’s own ten decimal digits, which run from zero through nine. It is a numeral, not a letter, and can appear inside a longer Mro-written number.
Mro leader Menlay Murang (also called Manley Mro) devised the script in the 1980s. Mro folklore tells how the god Turai sent an earlier written book with a cow, which ate it on the way; Murang aimed to restore writing to the Mro people. He also founded the Krama religious movement.
How do I type the Mro digit five?

Keyman Mro Phonetic 1.1 arranges keys by sound and offers separate Mro, Western and Bengali numeral sets. Its instructions also require a Mro font.
