What ၊ means
It separates phrases within a Burmese sentence.
The Myanmar comma works alongside spaces. In Burmese, spaces fall between phrases rather than between individual words, and ၊ marks a slightly stronger break where a clause or list item ends.
An 1883 Burmese grammar describes this “little stop” entering printed books to do the work of an English comma.
Neutral Burmese punctuation, not an emotional reaction.
To end the sentence, use ။, not ၊.

1Questions people ask
1Why does the Myanmar comma look wrong?
Probably a font or encoding mismatch. Zawgyi is an older, non-standard way of encoding Myanmar text. If surrounding letters also look broken, check that text and font are both Unicode; Zawgyi text may need conversion.
