What 𛆫 means
Because Nüshu usually records syllables, not whole words.
nie33 is the Jiangyong dialect syllable in Latin-letter notation; “33” marks its tone. A table matching Nüshu to Chinese writing associates 𛆫 with 内 and 嫩 as spellings for local words with that reading, not as translations.
Nüshu grew among women in Jiangyong, Hunan, as they adapted Chinese characters to write their dialect. It later became a subject of heritage study and preservation.

1Why does 𛆫 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
