What 𛇢 means
No; it writes Jiangyong speech syllable by syllable.
One Nüshu table pairs it with ie21 and Chinese characters 个 and 派; a 2012 Unicode proposal calls it ye42. The spellings record local sounds, not Mandarin words, so read it in context.
How did women use Nüshu?
It joined friendship, family and daily work.
Nüshu developed among Jiangyong women from Chinese-character forms adapted to local speech. In the 19th century, women with little schooling used it for friendship letters and wedding wishes, sang its texts while sewing, and embroidered texts on clothes. China protected Nüshu as national cultural heritage in 2006.

1Why does 𛇢 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
