What 𑃷 means
Read 𑃷 as seven in a Sora number.
Mangei Gomango devised Sora Sompeng in 1936 as another way to write the Sora language, alongside Odia and Telugu scripts, Latin letters, and missionary writing systems. Its use spread through education and print, and the script became associated with Mattar Banom, a Sora religious movement. Ol Chiki and Warang Citi are parallel scripts for Munda languages in the 20th century, not established ancestors of Sora Sompeng.
The numeral reads seven; the wider script carries Sora cultural and religious associations.
