What 𑪂 means
It writes the h consonant with an inherent a vowel.
Soyombo is an abugida: consonants normally include a vowel. Sign 𑩑 changes a to i, making 𑪂𑩑 “hi” in transliteration.
Zanabazar created Soyombo in 1686 for Mongolian, Sanskrit, and Tibetan writing. It appears chiefly in Central Asian Buddhist manuscripts and inscriptions. He also developed the related Zanabazar Square script.
