What 𖪽 means
It is a front “ch” sound with a puff of breath, /tɕʰ/.
Muishvung, also called Mossang, does not use this as a regular consonant; Cha extends the alphabet to other Tangsa varieties. Lakhum Mossang’s handwritten teaching examples included traditional songs and a prayer to preserve community culture. By 2020, revisions had broadened the alphabet to cover more Tangsa varieties; a Unicode proposal says the script was not derived from another writing system.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𖪽 show as a box on some devices?
It is recent: Unicode added it in version 14.0 (2021), and phones and computers whose fonts are older than that have nothing to draw it with. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
