What 𖪞 means
It writes an m sound as its own syllable. A tone is a pitch or ending pattern; Q marks the fourth tone in the Muishvung system, and other Tangsa varieties may pronounce tones differently.
Created in 1990 by Lakhum Mossang for Muishvung, the alphabet began as a handwritten project and entered community-led development in 2019. Other Tangsa orthographies use Roman letters for Bible and hymn texts.

1Why does 𖪞 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
