What 𖩲 means
One sign writes the O vowel with tone 4.
In Muishvung, the vowel ends with a short glottal stop—a brief closure in the throat. The q follows Gam Win's Latin-letter spelling, where q marks tone 4.
Mossang created it for Muishvung
Lakhum Mossang created the script in 1990 for Muishvung, his Tangsa variety, intending it for a wider range of varieties across northeast India and northwest Myanmar.
It was mainly handwritten among Mossang and a few learners until digital-font work began around 2012. A community committee promoted it at the Pangsau Pass Festival in 2020; Latin-letter spellings are also used.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𖩲 show as a box on some devices?
It is recent: Unicode added it in version 14.0 (2021), and phones and computers whose fonts are older than that have nothing to draw it with. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
