What 𖪛 means
In Muishvung, it writes /ɯu/ with tone 2. It glides from [ɯ] with unrounded lips to rounded [u], as its pitch falls.
Who created the Tangsa alphabet?
Lakhum Mossang began it in 1990. He designed it from scratch to write Tangsa, a network of speech varieties across northeast India and northwest Myanmar. The Tangsa Script Development Committee formed in 2019 and promoted a revision in January 2020. The 2020 Unicode proposal describes wider aims but records active use only in Muishvung; tones differ across varieties.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𖪛 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
