What 𖪆 means
Uq combines /u/ with tone four. A tone is a syllable's pitch. In Muishvung, tone four is short and closes with a stop, such as a throat catch or /p/, /t/ or /k/.
Other Tangsa varieties can realize the tone categories differently.
Why was the Tangsa script created?
Lakhum Mossang began it in 1990 for Muishvung. Tangsa covers diverse speech varieties in India and Myanmar; this alphabet records all the sound contrasts of his own variety, also called Mossang.
Handwritten lessons used songs and a prayer to show how writing could preserve culture. In 2019, a community revision added letters for sounds in other Tangsa varieties. The 2021 Unicode proposal describes it as independent, with letter names following Gam Win's Muishvung spelling in Latin letters.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𖪆 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
