What 𘠍 means
It is a structural component, not a standalone Tangut word.
“014” is a catalog label, not a pronunciation. Component lists help index and analyze Tangut characters; this item alone has no word translation. Tangut-aware input methods can enter the script, though keystrokes depend on the software. If the glyph shows as a box, the active font may lack Tangut coverage.
Traditional accounts place the script’s creation in 1036 and credit it to one or a few creators. The script was used to write Tangut in Western Xia (1038–1227), also called Xixia, including in Buddhist texts, translations, dictionaries, law codes, literature, and records. Its forms drew on Chinese writing for some visual features, and Tangut writing is attested as late as 1502.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘠍 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
