What 𘥋 means
It is a building part used to analyze larger Tangut characters.
Tangut components can mark structure, sound, or meaning; this glyph's role depends on the larger character. A blank square usually means the font in that app cannot render this Tangut glyph.
The Tangut script spread in 1036 to write Tangut, the language of the Western Xia state in northwest China. The 12th-century Sea of Characters, a dictionary, explained how larger characters were built from simpler parts. Khitan and Jurchen scripts, used by other peoples in the region, also built characters from parts; that resemblance alone does not establish direct borrowing. Tangut writing faded after the Ming dynasty.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘥋 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
