What 𘨌 means
It is a catalogue label, not a word to read. Xixia writing uses numbered components to index whole Tangut characters.
Emperor Li Yuanhao commissioned the script for Western Xia state-building and a Buddhist canon. It drew on Chinese writing and earlier Khitan scripts, but did not derive from Chinese.
A Khara-khoto manuscript probably dates to the 12th or early 13th century; Tangut use continued as late as 1502. This component occurs in 𗬭, 𘕫, 𘕬 and 𘕭. Historical sources preserve joined and separated forms.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘨌 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
