What 𘨯 means
It is a catalog part, not a complete Tangut word.
Tangut component 560 appears in indexes and IDS (Ideographic Description Sequences), strings that describe a larger character's parts. “560” is its catalog label, not a pronunciation.
Where did Tangut writing come from?
Under Western Xia's first emperor, Tangut writing took shape around 1036 for government and Buddhist texts, plus secular and private writing. It was a distinct script influenced by Chinese writing; its makers followed earlier Khitan script-making. Khara-Khoto, a former Tangut city, preserves manuscripts and prints from the 12th and early 13th centuries. Tangut remained in use under the Yuan and Ming dynasties before becoming obsolete.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘨯 show as a box?
A font without Tangut Components coverage cannot draw the glyph. The box means the font lacks its glyph, not that this is another character.
