What 𘩇 means
It is a structural piece for describing Tangut characters, not a word.
Tangut is an extinct language once spoken in what is now northwestern China. Scholars use components to index and analyze its characters; Unicode combines entries from different dictionaries. Some are lookup headings, while others describe structure. The script resembles Chinese because it drew on Chinese character forms, but it writes another language.
Western Xia put Tangut writing to official use around 1036. It continued after the state fell in 1227, especially in Buddhist writing; the latest known dated example is an inscription from 1502.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘩇 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut Components block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
