𘪰 is a Tangut component used in reference works to describe full characters, not a word with its own translation. The Tangut script, also called Xixia script, came into use around 1036 under Li Yuanhao for Western Xia government and Buddhist work.

Why does 𘪰 show as a box on some devices?

Not every system ships a font for the Tangut Components block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
