What 𗂞 means
“To harvest” is the full phrase’s meaning.
The dictionary lists the single glyph under “to cut.” In the poem, it pairs with 𘎭, so the harvest translation applies to both characters together.
The Tangut script, used to write the Tangut language, was established in 1036 under ruler Li Yuanhao for state-building, Buddhist translation, and a distinct written identity. Later texts include translations of Chinese and Tibetan works, laws, military and secular writing. Its character design follows principles also used in Chinese writing and parallels earlier state scripts used by the Khitan, another people in the region; 𗂞 is not a Chinese variant.

1Why does 𗂞 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
