What 𗄭 means
By itself, it is glossed as “to gather.”
A Tangut wordbook records the compound 𘃠𗄭 as “to save up”: 𘃠 contributes “to save, store.”
A scholarly reconstruction estimates the Tangut pronunciation as *²dzyq₄; other reconstruction systems spell that estimate differently.
Is 𗄭 Chinese?
No. It is Tangut, a separate script.
In 1036, an imperial decree ordered the creation of Tangut writing for the Western Xia state. Scholars connect the script with Western Xia’s distinct political identity and with a collection of Buddhist scriptures written in Tangut. Though modeled on Chinese writing, Tangut is a separate script: knowing Chinese does not let you read it. The tradition remained in use through 1502 in government, Buddhist, nonreligious, and manuscript texts.
Tangut characters are constructed from written parts, not pictures of their meanings; 𗄭 itself does not depict gathering.
Historical or scholarly; it belongs to Tangut writing, not ordinary Chinese text.
Its Chinese-like shape does not give it a Mandarin reading.

1Questions people ask
1Why does 𗄭 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
