What 𗅷 means
It means “tooth” in Tangut.
A 12th-century entry at 6.241 in Wénhǎi (“Sea of Writing”), a dictionary of the Tangut language, places it in a pronunciation group labeled “true tooth.”
The Tangut script was devised by imperial decree in 1036 for official and cultural use in the Western Xia (Xixia) kingdom. It appeared in books and inscriptions into the later Yuan dynasty; 1036 dates the script, not this individual character.
A historical Tangut word, opaque without Tangut context.
Sent alone, 𗅷 means “tooth”; the reason for sending it needs context.
