What 𗆇 means
No reliable word-level gloss follows from this glyph alone.
𗆇 is a Tangut character, not a Chinese character. Chinese and Khitan writing influenced its distinct script.
Created around 1036 under Western Xia ruler Li Yuanhao, Tangut writing helped build the state and establish a Tangut Buddhist canon (a collection of scriptures). Surviving texts include Buddhist works and Chinese books translated into Tangut. A manuscript from Khara-khoto, a site preserving Tangut texts, probably dates to the 12th or early 13th century. Tangut writing continued into the Yuan and Ming periods and became obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty.

1Why does 𗆇 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
