What 𗆢 means
It is glossed as “bright” or “brilliant.” A Tangut dictionary index cross-references it to the Chinese character 晧, which carries those meanings; this is a gloss, not a claim that the two characters are interchangeable. The Tangut reference works Wénhǎi (“Sea of Writing”) and Tóngyīn (a dictionary arranged by sound) record it in the 12th century.
Tangut served the Western Xia state in government and cultural work, including Buddhist translations. It fell out of everyday use after the Mongol conquest.
Historical and specialist; the gloss comes from Tangut dictionary records.
Do not treat its dictionary gloss as a universal symbol for brightness.

A missing Tangut glyph in the active font or app is the usual cause. The character is still valid, but display requires Tangut support.
